How do I create a customer?

Open Customers and tap the add button, then enter the customer name and contact details.

How do I create a repair ticket?

Open Tickets, tap New Ticket, choose or create a customer, then enter the device, issue, quote items, notes, and status.

How do backups work?

BenchBoss stores data locally on the device. Export a backup from Settings and restore it later from a backup file.

Does BenchBoss need the internet?

No. BenchBoss is designed to work offline first.
