Privacy Policy

BenchBoss is an offline-first repair shop app developed and operated by Slykeopath Industries LLC. It is designed to store repair shop data locally on the user's device.

Information Stored in the App

• Customer names, phone numbers, and email addresses
• Repair ticket details, itemized quotes, and notes
• Payment and profit records
• Backup files exported by the user

How Data Is Used

Data entered into BenchBoss is used only to operate the app and help the user manage their repair shop workflow.

Data Collection and Sharing

BenchBoss does not require an account, cloud sync, or backend service for its current version. It does not intentionally collect personal data for advertising or tracking and does not share user data with third parties, except when the user exports or shares a file.

Storage and Security

Data is stored locally on the user's device. Backup files are created at the user's direction and may be saved or shared through iOS file-sharing tools.

Third-Party Services

BenchBoss does not currently rely on third-party analytics, authentication, or cloud sync services.

Changes to This Policy

This policy may be updated as BenchBoss adds features such as cloud sync, payments, or account-based services.
